Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 14 working days after receiving your order, and we will provide all of the details you require to return your goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned in NEW / UNWORN condition. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyers expense and they must be returned to us within 14 working days of you receiving them. Please note that we do not refund postage & packaging costs.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered . you must notify us within 7 days of delivery date. You will be provided with a returns number which must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returns number. You must take reasonable care of the item while in your possession.
As per the distance selling regulations we DO NOT accept returns on underwear, hosiery, wigs and make up.
We do not pass on any information to any third parties except for using your delivery details to deliver your item to you (this may include delivery companies) we treat your details with the upmost of privacy under the data protection act. We do not send unsolicitored emails. If you wish to receive notification of any new ranges, special offers and discounts you must opt in using the webform on our discounts section. When receiving any correspondence from us via email you will always have an opt out facility to cancel future corresondence. These rules do not apply to order confirmation and notification of despatch emails by ordering from this site you agree to receive these 2 emails.

All prices destined for UK delivery include VAT at the prevailing rate For international orders you will be responsible for any taxes or excise duty relevant to your country or state. We will not be liable for any of these charges

We require that all cheques accompanying orders take upto 10 days to clear, Goods will not be despatched until funds are cleared. Our prices quoted do not cover any bounced cheques. If a cheque payment is returned to us by our bank, then we will add the bank charges onto your outstanding balance. If a cheque does bounce, then an alternative method of payment is required in cleared funds within 7 working days, if the payment does not arrive, we will take legal action to recover the money outstanding
